– 梨皮要保留，因為止咳潤肺作用比梨肉更強
– 梨芯要切去，否則雪梨水容易變酸
– 選用平價梨即可
– 可適量加入無花果、麥冬、百合、南北杏等潤燥食材
雪梨無花果水
功效：生津止渴，滋陰潤燥，潤肺止咳
材料：雪梨3個、新鮮百合1個、無花果乾3枚、冰糖適量
做法：
1. 所有材料洗淨，雪梨去芯，留皮切塊備用。鮮百合剝開清洗淨。
2. 鍋內加入約1500毫升水，放入雪梨、新鮮百合、無花果乾，以武火煮至水滾，調文火煮約40分鐘，加入冰糖調味即可。

Preparation:
