#大暑】一年中最熱的節氣

大暑養生重點:「清熱利濕,健脾養胃」
綠豆:清熱解毒,消暑祛濕
陳皮:理氣健脾,祛濕化痰

陳皮海帶綠豆沙
材料:綠豆120克、海帶50克、乾百合15克、陳皮1角、冰糖適量

做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,海帶泡水約20分鐘,瀝乾水份切絲備用。
2. 鍋中煮滾約2000毫升水,加入綠豆,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮約45分鐘直至綠豆軟腍。
3. 加入海帶、百合及陳皮煮約20分鐘,加入冰糖煮至溶化即成。

Dried citrus peel: Regulate qi and strengthen the spleen, remove dampness and resolve phlegm

Sweet mung bean soup with dried citrus peel and kelp
Ingredients: 120g mung bean, 50g kelp, 15g dried lily bulb, 1 dried citrus peel, rock sugar to taste

Preparations:
1. Rinse all the ingredients. Soak the kelp in water for about 20 minutes, drain the water and cut into shreds for later use.
2. Boil about 2000ml of water in a pot, add mung beans and cook on high heat until boiling. Then simmer for about 45 minutes until the mung beans are soft.
3. Add kelp, lily bulb and dried citrus peel and cook for about 20 minutes. Add rock sugar and cook until melted. Ready to serve.
