有些朋友夜晚瞓覺時經常會醒過來,中醫認為這與膽胃不和,痰熱內困有關,多伴隨痰多、多胃氣、容易失眠、多夢,亦會心慌,容易受怕。只要調理好脾胃,睡眠也自然會好轉!

睡安寧茶療:
材料:竹茹6克、茯神9克、陳皮6克
做法:全部材料加500毫升水煮20分鐘。
功效:清熱化痰安神。
