總是羨慕別人面色紅潤、皮膚細嫰、頭髮亮麗有光澤,連指甲也閃閃發亮?就算有再高超的化妝技巧,本身的底子好也非常重要,因為身體健康就是最好的化妝品,如果面色偏白沒有光澤、指甲容易折斷又有脫髮問題,就不單單是美容問題,因為這些都是血虛體質的常見症狀。想知道自己是否血虛體質?最近一個月你有以下症狀嗎?

分析:
如果你有0-2個症狀,身體狀況尚可,可按個別症狀調理身體。
如果你有3-6個症狀,屬於血虛型體質,適量進食紅豆、靈芝等補氣血食物改善症狀。
如果你有7-12個症狀,快戒掉生冷、油膩及難消化食物,適量進食滋養補血、調補肝腎的食物例如人參、南棗、 紅棗等改善血虛型體質。

三棗茶
功效:補血養顏、潤髮烏髮、預防指甲折斷,改善面色偏白等血虛症狀。
材料:紅棗4枚、南棗2枚、蜜棗1枚
做法:全部材料洗淨切片去核,放入保溫瓶,以熱開水略沖洗一遍,注入熱開水焗10分鐘即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡,一星期連續飲用3-4天為一個療程。
注意:有口苦、口乾、口瘡、暗瘡等偏熱症狀人士不宜飲用。

Roxy complexion for those with blood deficiency 
Rosy complexion, smooth skin and shiny skin and nails are always desirable. Aside from great make up skills, good health is also an important key to beauty. If you are experiencing pale and dull complexion, nail breaking easily and hair loss, these are common symptoms of blood deficiency. Want to know if you have a blood deficiency body condition? See if you have the following symptoms within the last month. 

☐Heart palpitations, feelings of fear
☐Forgetfulness
☐Prone to dizziness, light legged, dizziness worsens when doing heavy work or tired
☐Dull headache 
☐Pale and dull complexion, pale lips colour
☐Dull hair and hair loss
☐Nail breaking easily
☐Numbness in limbs, symptom relieved after moving
☐Dry and itchy skin
☐Irregular menstruation, low volume and thin, light red. Lower abdominal pain before and after menstrual period, or even menopause
☐Dry and hard stool
☐Insomnia, frequent dream and waking up easily

Analysis:
If you have 0-2 of above symptoms. Your body condition is fine. You can condition your body according to your symptoms.
If you have 3-6 of the above symptoms, you have a typical blood deficiency body condition. Eat more ingredients that can nourish qi and blood to improve. 
If you have 7-12 of above symptoms, avoid cold/raw and oily foods and foods that are hard to digest. Appropriately consume ingredients that can nourish blood, liver and kidney such as ginseng, black dates and red dates to improve the blood deficiency body condition. 

Red date tea with black date and candied date
Effects: nourishes blood, improves skin and hair quality and prevents weak nails that breaks easily, improves blood deficiency symptoms such as pale complexion. 
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients, core and cut into slices. Place into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 10 minutes. You can re-brew until its flavor weakens. For best results, drink consecutively for 3-4 days a week as a treatment.
Note: not suitable for those with heat-related symptoms such as bitter mouth, dry mouth, canker sore, pimples.
