【哺乳媽媽適用】產後睡眠都是奢侈的~

母嬰寧神安睡湯水
坐月期間,很多媽媽都未能一覺睡天亮,平素容易入眠的媽媽們則可以隨時隨地趁嬰兒睡覺的時間秒速入眠,快閃補眠。不是這種任何時候、地點也能快速入睡的一族也不用感到氣餒,一般嬰兒半夜哭鬧也屬正常,多因為肚餓、欠缺安全感、甚至腸胃積熱等。其實可以試試以食療幫忙一下,於湯水裡加入一些安神食材,自己能快些入眠,哺乳媽媽更可以由母乳將安神成份傳給嬰兒,改善睡不安寧、不停哭鬧等症狀。

寧心安神湯水小貼士:
適當地添加寧心安神食材:茯神、蓮子連芯、百合、桂圓等。

母嬰寧神安睡湯水
材料:日月魚120克(約3兩)、熟木瓜1個、新鮮蓮子連芯80克、乾百合20克、淮山20克、無花果3枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,全部材料加入鍋中,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
功效:寧心安神、補益肝腎,紓緩產婦及母乳餵哺嬰兒睡不安寧、潮熱盜汗、腰酸等症狀。

Appropriately add in ingredients such as poria with hostwood, lotus seed, lily bulb, longan. 

Soup to improve sleep for mother and baby
Ingredients: 120g Asian moon scallop, 1 papaya, 80g fresh lotus seed, 20g dried lily bulb, 20g Chinese Yam, 3 figs
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hour. Add salt to taste. 
Effects: calms the mind, nourishes liver and kidney, helps to relieve symptoms such as difficulty falling sleep of mother and baby, hot and excessive sweating, sore lower back
