#霜降】秋天最後一個節氣

⭐食個滋潤糖水防秋燥傷肺
⭐適量食用南瓜淮山等食品滋養脾胃

霜降養生重點:「滋陰潤燥,養肺生津」

雪耳:滋陰潤肺,益氣養胃
馬蹄:清熱生津,開胃消食

雪耳馬蹄爽
材料:雪耳1朵、馬蹄8粒、馬蹄粉3湯匙、冰糖適量

做法:
1. 雪耳及馬蹄洗淨,雪耳浸泡半天至軟身後去蒂切小塊;馬蹄去皮拍扁切小粒;馬蹄粉加適量水開稀備用。
2. 鍋中加1000毫升水,加入雪耳及馬蹄,武文煮至水滾,改文煮15分鐘,加入冰糖煮溶,加入馬蹄粉水拌勻煮至透明即成。

Water chestnut: Clears heat and promotes fluid production,  strengthens the stomach and improves food digestion

Snow fungus and water chestnut sweet soup
Ingredients: 1 snow fungus, 8 water chestnuts, 3 tablespoons of water chestnut starch, rock sugar

Preparation:
1. Rinse snow fungus and water chestnuts. Soak snow fungus for half a day, cut off black bottom and cut into small pieces. Peel and dice water chestnuts. Add water to thin water chestnuts starch.
2. Combine snow fungus and water chestnuts with 1000ml of water in a pot. Cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes, add rock sugar to taste. Add the water chestnut starch mixture and stir till transparent.
