【人人都話補肺?】身體偏熱的人先處理熱氣問題

先清熱氣後補肺
新型冠狀病毒感染肺炎來勢洶洶,大家都努力尋找強身健體抗病毒方法,甚至想到靠食療補一補,中醫理論認為「虛則補之,實則瀉之」,身體有虛才需要補,如果你有實熱症狀,例如口乾、口臭、喉嚨痛、牙肉腫痛、生口瘡、暗瘡、小便黃等,即是我們俗稱的「熱氣」,體內陽氣超出正常水平,需要先清熱降火,此時胡亂進補,有機會加重病情,先改善體質令身體回復平和狀態,才能抗菌防病。
身體有熱,應避免進食辛辣、煎炸油膩食物,適量進食屬性偏寒涼的食物,例如冬瓜、西瓜、白菜、奇異果、火龍果等,適量飲用有清熱作用的茶療。如果不了解自己體質或症狀持續,宜諮詢註冊中醫師意見。

金銀花菊花茶
功效:清熱解毒,紓緩口乾、口臭、煩躁、多眼垢等症狀。
材料:金銀花6克、杭菊花6克
做法:材料洗淨放入保溫瓶,以熱開水沖洗一遍,再注入熱開水泡2-3分鐘,此茶能反覆沖泡至味淡。
注意:此茶屬性偏涼,容易腹瀉人士及孕婦不宜飲用。蠶豆症患者亦不宜飲用。

You need to clear the heat and reduce internal fire first. When you choose random replenishments, you may worsen the symptoms. You should improve your body condition and restore your body to a balanced state so you can prevent diseases.
If there is heat in your body, you should avoid eating spicy, fried and oily foods, and appropriately consume cold natured ingredients such as winter melon, watermelon, bak choy, kiwi, and dragon fruit, and appropriately drink healing tea to clear heat. If you do not understand your body condition or symptoms persist, you should consult a registered Chinese medicine practitioner.

Chrysanthemum tea with honeysuckle
Effects: clears heat and detoxifies, relieves symptoms such as dry mouth, bad breath, irritability, eye discharge.
Ingredients: 6g honeysuckle, 6g Hang chrysanthemums
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly and place into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 2-3 minutes. You can re-brew until its flavor weakens.
Note: this tea is cool in nature and is not suitable for those prone to diarrhea as well as pregnant women. Also not suitable for those with G6PD Deficiency.
