【一夜白頭】過兒是你嗎？
鬚髮早白宜補肝腎
還記得古裝武俠劇中深情男主角因憂傷過度而一夜白頭嗎？拍戲劇情當然有點誇張，但「鬚髮早白」的情況的確常見，有別於自然老化引致的白髮，這是青少年或中年時期鬚髮過早變白的症狀，俗謂「少白頭」。中醫理論認為「腎主骨髓，其華在髮」、「腎氣弱則骨髓枯竭，故髮變白也」，健康頭髮需要有充盈腎氣將養分循經絡輸送到頭皮，腎氣不足就會長出白髮甚至脱髮。另外，情緒同樣影響頭髮健康，「髮為血之餘」肝主藏血，若情緒緊張、壓力過大，導致肝氣鬱結，那麼肝就不能藏血供養頭髮。
先天肝腎功能不足、房事不節、思慮過度都是導致鬚髮早白的原因，患者宜諮詢中醫師意見對症下藥，平日可以飲用桑椹杞子茶，有助養肝益腎、滋陰補血，烏髮明目。
桑椹杞子茶
功效：養肝益腎、滋陰補血，烏髮明目。適合精血不足所引致的頭髮早白、視力模糊、失眠多夢等
材料：桑椹10克、杞子10克
做法：材料放入保溫瓶，以熱開水沖洗一遍，注入熱開水焗5分鐘即成。
注意：脾胃虛寒、月經期間的女士不宜飲用。
Early onset of grey hairs
Remember the scene in Chinese period dramas where the main actor gets a full hair of white hair overnight due to grief? Dramas naturally have their exaggerated elements, however, people do experience early onset of grey hairs. It is different from the grey hair caused by natural aging. We are referring to teenagers and middle aged people. Chinese medicine believes that kidney health is reflected in hair quality. Healthy hair needs sufficient kidney qi tobring necessary nutrients to your scalp. Deficient kidney qi will cause grey hair or even loss of hair. Your emotions also affects hair health. Wolfberry tea with mulberry

Ingredients: 10g mulberries, 10g wolfberry
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly and place into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 5 minutes.
Note: It is not suitable for those with asthenic spleen and stomach and ladies during menstruation.
