腸胃炎飲食Do’s and don’ts
如不幸患上腸胃炎,應儘快求醫,但也不能掉耳輕心,以為看醫生吃了藥後就可以亂來,繼續飲食不節制!患上腸胃炎時可以說是身體最不需要營養的時候,所以特別要注意飲食,也要多休息。尤其要避免較滋膩的牛奶或任何乳製品,因為有可能會讓腹痛復發呢!另外,也要謝絕一切湯水,以及濃味和難消化食物,如豆漿、粢飯等。最安全還是吃粥品及喝米水,如伴隨欲吐的話,可以粥裡面加3-4片薑,可能減輕症狀。

飲食Do’s
-粥品如魚粥、瘦肉粥、海帶粥以減低脾胃負擔
-米水健脾胃有助身體恢復
-可飲用運動飲品為身體補充水分

飲食Don’ts
-牛奶、芝士、麵包等乳製食物
-湯水及滋膩、滋補食物
-濃湯拉麵、火鍋等重口味食物
-凍飲、奶茶、酒等刺激性或寒涼飲品

Dietary Do’s and don’ts when you have the stomach flu
You should seek medical help if you suffer from stomach flu. However, do not let your guard down and eat without dietary control, thinking that it will get better after taking medicine. When you are having a stomach flu, your body does not need nutrients, so you have to pay attention to your diet and take more rest. Especially avoid having greasy milk or dairy products as they may cause abdominal pain. In addition, you should avoid all soup, thick sauce and food that is difficult to digest such as soy milk and sticky rice. You should have congee and rice water. If you feel nauseous, you can add 3 to 4 slices of ginger to the congee, which may alleviate the symptoms.

Do’s
– Have congee such as fish congee, pork congee and seaweed congee to reduce the burden on the spleen and stomach.
– Have rice water to strengthen spleen and stomach to help your body recover. 
– Have sport drinks to replenish your fluid

Don’ts
– Dairy products such as milk, cheese or bread
– Soup, greasy, nourishing and tonic food
– Thick saucy food such as rich broth ramen and Hotpot
– Stimulating or cold drink, milk tea or wine
