#寒露】深秋已到

寒露養生重點:「滋陰潤燥,養肺生津」

百合:清心除煩,潤肺止咳
綠豆:清熱解毒,利水消腫

綠豆邊清心丸糖水

清心丸材料:
1. 木薯粉2湯匙、糖1湯匙、水100毫升
2. 木薯粉150克

清心丸做法:
1. 將材料(1)攪拌均勻,倒進鍋子裏,以文火加熱,加熱期間一直攪拌至變稠即可關火
2. 倒入(2)的木薯粉,快速攪拌至不黏手。(感覺還黏則要再慢慢加入木薯粉)
3. 將粉團放於灑了木薯粉的檯面,先搓成長條形,切粒即可

糖水材料:蓮子10克、百合20克、綠豆邊30克、清心丸適量、冰糖適量

1. 乾材料洗淨。
2. 鍋中加適量水,放入清心丸煮至透明,隔水備用。
3. 鍋中加1000毫升水,加入蓮子、百合及綠豆邊,武文煮至水滾,改文煮30分鐘,再加入已煮好的清心丸及冰糖多煮5分鐘即成。

Lily bulb: clears the heart and relieve irritability, moistens the lungs to relieve coughing
Mung bean: Clears heat and detoxifies, promotes diuresis and reduces bloating

Mung bean and lily bulb sweet soup with tapioca pearls

Ingredients of tapioca pearls
1. 2 tablespoon of tapioca starch, 1 tablespoon sugar, 100ml water
2. 150g tapioca starch

Preparation:
1. Mix ingredients (1) and add in the pot. Cook on low heat and keep stirring until the mixture becomes a dough.
2. Add ingredient (2), quick stir until not sticky to hands (keep adding tapioca starch if the dough is still sticky)
3. Put the dough on a surface sprinkle with tapioca starch, knead to long strips and cut to cubes.

Ingredients of sweet soup:
10g lotus seed, 20g lily bulb, 30g mung bean, tapioca pearls and rock sugar

Preparation:
1. Rinse all dry ingredients.
2. Boil tapioca pearls until transparent, drain and set aside.
3. Combine lotus seeds, lily bulb, mung beans, tapioca pearls with 1000ml of water in a pot, cook on high heat until boiling. Skim the soup and turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add cooked tapioca pearls and rock sugar, cook for 5 additional minutes and then serve.
