#秋分】轉眼已到秋天的一半

⭐秋分之後漸變日短夜長
⭐開始預防秋燥傷肺

秋分養生重點:「滋陰潤燥,補中益氣」

無花果:滋陰潤燥,健脾養胃
蜂蜜:補中益氣,潤腸解毒

蜂蜜芝士焗無花果
材料:新鮮無花果6隻、乳清芝士(Ricotta Cheese)100克、杏仁碎少許、鹽少許、蜂蜜適量

做法:
1. 無花果洗淨,從頂部切開成十字,注意不要切斷底部。
2. 在無花果中間釀入乳清芝士,灑上杏仁碎及鹽。
3. 放入已預熱至攝氏180度的焗爐焗5分鐘。
4. 最後加上適量蜂蜜即可。

Honey: Replenishes vital energy and qi, moistens the lungs and intestines, and detoxifies.

Baked figs with honey and ricotta cheese
Ingredients: 6 figs, 100g ricotta cheese, crushed almond, salt and honey

Preparation:
1. Rinse figs, make a cross cut in the top of the fig half way through.
2. Stuff figs with ricotta cheese, sprinkle some crushed almond and salt to taste.
3. Preheat oven to 180 Celsius degree and bake for 5 minutes.
4. Add honey to taste.
