【水腫還是胖?】水腫皮膚按下去會陷下不起

虛胖人祛水腫湯水
胖,有分虛胖和實胖,虛胖的人其實是水腫,他們吃得不多,因為根本胃口就不佳,全身肌肉鬆泡泡的,身體困重很容易感到疲累,很多都下半身偏胖,手腳冰冷腫脹,晚上腳踝很容易見到有襪印,他們需要健脾祛濕,去掉水腫後穿衣碼數就可以少一號了!平日注意飲食清淡,多吃粗糧例如紅米、小米、番薯等,多飲用有健脾祛濕功效的湯水,適量進行帶氧運動讓身體排汗趕走濕氣。

健脾祛濕湯水小貼士:
適當地添加健脾祛濕功效的食材如朝即沖米水粉1包、小米、老黃瓜、赤小豆、黃豆、茯苓等。

節瓜粟米茨實米湯
功效:健脾祛濕,紓緩脾胃虛弱引致的腹脹、下肢水腫、眼簾浮腫等症狀。
材料:節瓜3個、粟米1根、鮮荷葉1/2塊(或乾荷葉20克)、蓮子20克、茨實20克、黃豆30克、陳皮1角、淡菜乾25克、蜜棗2枚、朝即沖米水粉1包(或米1/4米杯)
做法:
1. 所有乾材料洗淨,節瓜去皮切塊、粟米去衣連鬚切段備用。
2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Soup for those with asthenic weight gain
Do you know the difference between asthenic weight gain and obesity? Those with asthenic weight gain may actually have edema. They eat less due to lack of appetite. They have loose muscles, fatigue and feeling of a heavy body. Many of them have larger lower bodies, cold and swollen limbs, prone to sock marks on ankles at night. Hairy Gourd and rice soup

Ingredient: 3 hairy gourds, 1 corn, ½ fresh lotus leaf (or 20g dried lotus leaves), 20g lotus seed, 20g fox nuts, 30g soybean, 1 dried citrus peel, 25g dried mussels, 2 candied dates, 1 pack dawn rice water powder (¼ cup of rice)
Preparation:
1. Rinse all dried ingredients thoroughly. Peel hairy gourd and cut into pieces. Peel corn, keeping silk and cut into pieces. 
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
