說到新年好習慣,當然少不了每日飲米水!為甚麼要每日飲?而不是一星期飲一兩次?養生不是高深的學問,卻需要持之以恆的努力,就等於做運動一樣,跑一次步不會令你忽然健康起來,唯有持之以恆每天進行,身體才會慢慢適應及改善狀況。
我們的米水配方由紅米、白米及生薏米製成,以獨家比例調配,縱然加入屬性偏涼的薏米,但份量適中,米水整體配方屬性平和,任何體質人士皆可飲用*。
紅米及白米皆有補氣養脾胃的功效,可解渴、長肌肉、止腹瀉,薏米則可健脾袪濕。米水可改善容易疲倦、食慾不振、面色偏黃欠光澤及身體浮腫等問題。日日飲米水,脾胃好,身體自然好!
從今天開始,每日飲米水!
*孕婦煮米水不建議加入薏米,因為與木瓜一樣,薏米亦有收縮子宮的功效。糖尿病患者宜先諮詢營養師意見。

Our rice water is made from red rice, white rice and coix seeds. It is specially formulated so that even though there is the cool natured coix seed, the overall formula is still mild in nature and suitable for all body types. *

*For those who are pregnant, we don’t recommend adding coix seeds to rice water as that may triggle uterus contraction. Those with diabetes should consult nutritionist accordingly.
