勞累到失眠?
對於一些控制範圍以外的事情,要明白到是沒有一定的勝算,做好本分之外,更要抱著一顆平常心。例如想面試表現好,除了要準備充足以外,也要學懂放鬆,臨面試前一晚更要睡得好,當天才能有好的表現!中醫理論認為勞累會損傷心脾,神不守舍也會導致失眠。多表現為難以入眠、多夢易醒、健忘、容易感覺疲倦、大便不成形、面色偏白等。這時候就好補益心脾、養血安神。

好眠攻略:
– 少吃刺激性辛辣食物,以免加重失眠症狀
– 少喝咖啡及濃茶,影響睡眠
– 適當使用香薰油如薰衣草,幫助放鬆情緒

材料:人參3克、首烏藤10克、桂圓肉10克
做法:材料洗淨剪碎,以熱水沖泡15分鐘。
