【疏肝小食】零食為大家帶來一點動力

自製疏肝蔬菜脆片
零食可算是苦中作樂的最佳伴侶,當心情鬱悶、煩躁,又或是工作辛勞時,一口香脆的零食的確可以帶來治癒感。零食中又以薯片最為人喜歡,口感香脆,味道更是香濃惹味,但是薯片為油炸小食,多吃容易出現偏熱症狀,鹽分又偏高,實在是邊吃邊感覺罪疚感爆燈。所以,我們今天教大家自製低脂少油的免炸蔬菜脆片,齊齊疏肝解口腹之慾時又健康一點!

1/ 海鹽薯片
做法:薯仔洗淨後切或刨成薄片,鋪在焗盤上印乾水份,噴上少量橄欖油,灑上少量海鹽,以180度焗20-25分鐘至脆身即成(可根據口味加灑上少量黑椒及乾香草)

薯仔- 又名馬鈴薯、土豆,性平,能益氣健脾。適合脾胃虛弱、營養不良者、習慣性便秘者食用。注意發芽馬鈴薯有毒,不宜食用。

2/ 肉桂番薯片
做法:番薯洗淨後切或刨成薄片,鋪在焗盤上印乾水份,噴上少量橄欖油,灑上少量肉桂粉,以180度焗20-25分鐘至脆身即成

番薯- 性平,能健脾胃、補氣血,亦有通便秘的功效。適合脾胃虛弱、營養不良、氣血兩虛、產後或習慣性便秘者食用。注意:容易胃脹人士不宜進食。

3/ 羽衣甘藍脆片
做法:羽衣甘藍洗淨去除硬梗,完全印乾水份再手撕成一口大小。噴上少量橄欖油、海鹽及砂糖拌勻後鋪在焗盤上,以150度焗15-20分鐘至脆身即成

羽衣甘藍- 性平,屬甘藍科的一種,同科蔬菜為椰菜、抱子甘藍等,可補腎壯筋骨,更可健胃及有助消化,注意有甲狀腺腫大患者不宜食用。

1/ Sea salt potato chips
Preparation: Rinse potato and cut/shred it into thin slices. Place on the plate and dry the water on the surface. Spray a small amount of olive oil and sprinkle with a small amount of sea salt, and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until crispy. (You may decide to add a small amount of black pepper and dried herbs.)

Potato- mild in nature, can nourish qi and strengthen the spleen. Suitable for those with asthenic spleen and stomach, with lack of nutrients, and with chronic constipation. Note: potatoes with sprouts contain toxins and is not suitable for consumption.

2/ Cinnamon sweet potato chips
Preparation: Rinse sweet potato and cut/shred it into thin slices. Place on the plate and dry off water on surface. Spray a small amount of olive oil and sprinkle with a small amount of cinnamon powder, and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until crispy.

Sweet potato- mild in nature, can strengthen the spleen and stomach, replenish qi and blood, and suitable for constipation relief. It is suitable for those with asthenic spleen and stomach, with lack of nutrients, with asthenic qi and blood, postpartum ladies, or with chronic constipation,. Note: it is not suitable for those prone to abdominal bloating.

3/ Kale Chips
Preparation: Rinse the kale to remove the hard stem, completely dry the water on surface and tear it into small pieces. Spray a small amount of olive oil, sea salt and sugar and mix well. Place on a plate and bake for 15-20 minutes at 150°C until crispy.

Kale – mild in nature, a kind of cabbage. The vegetables of the same category are cabbage and brussels sprouts, which can replenish the kidney and strengthen the bones. It can also strengthen the stomach and help digestion. It is not suitable for those with goiter.
