【清濕熱湯改善泛黃頭皮】

膊頭長期如「飄雪樂園」一樣,頭皮屑總是掉不停?自己不尷尬,別人見到都覺得尷尬!頭皮屑是頭皮細胞在新陳代謝過程中產生的廢棄物質,平日產生少量頭皮屑屬正常現象,但量多如雪下就代表身體健康出現警號,頭皮屑增多原因眾多,細菌感染、脂漏性皮膚炎、乾癬、內分泌失調、缺乏維他命、情緒緊張等都是常見原因。
中醫理論稱頭皮屑為白屑風,常見成因有肝鬱氣滯、陰虛燥熱、腸胃濕熱等。如果經常吃煎炸油膩或生冷食物,使脾胃功能失調無法正常運化食物,伴隨症狀有怕熱、易流汗、有口氣、小便量少偏黃、大便稀爛且臭等,便屬於腸胃濕熱,頭皮屑軟較大片且呈微黃色。想改善症狀飲食宜清淡,避免進食辛辣燥熱食物,適量清熱祛濕,遠離煙酒,避免熬夜,作息定時都有幫助。

冬瓜粟米薏米扁豆衣湯
功效:清熱健脾祛濕,改善濕疹、身困疲倦、有口氣等症狀。
材料:冬瓜連皮600克、粟米2根、扁豆衣40克、生薏米40克、熟薏米40克、芡實20克、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,冬瓜連皮去籽切塊;粟米連鬚切塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約2小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
