【農曆新年 – 團年飯篇 】團年飯大家都大飽口福!
到了年三十,不少家庭都會聚首一堂,一家人齊齊整整食團年飯。各種象徵好意頭的名貴海味都紛紛出動。經常聽人說海味滋補難消化,進食時有否要注意的地方?
花膠
性平,有滋陰養顏,補腎益精的功效。較適合陰虛、體質虛弱、皮膚乾燥的人士;要注意脾虛痰濕,容易消化不良、胃脹不適、感冒未清都不適宜多食。
乾瑤柱
性平,有滋陰補腎,健脾胃的功效。適合陰虛、無胃口、脾胃虛弱、氣血不足、病後體虛者食用。
海參
屬性偏溫,能滋陰補腎、養血潤燥、溫陽等功效。適合氣血不足、營養不良、體質虛弱或孕婦。要注意感冒未清、容易腹瀉、大便不成形不宜服用。

It’s Chinese New Year’s Eve and a lot of families will gather for dinner. Different expensive seafood products with lucky meanings will be presented. A lot of people say these seafood products are quite nourishing but can be hard to digest. Is there anything to watch for when eating them?
Fish Maw
Mild in nature, nourishes yin to improve skin, replenishes the kidneys and vital energy. Suitable for those with yin deficiency, asthenic body types and dry skin. Note those with asthenic spleen or phlegm and dampness, prone to indigestion, stomach bloating and discomfort or recovering from a cold/flu should not have it.
Dried scallops
Mild in nature, nourishes yin and replenishes the kidneys, strengths the spleen and stomach. Suitable for those with yin deficiency, lack of appetite, asthenic weak spleen and stomach, insufficient qi and blood, and weakness from long term illness.
Sea cucumber
Warm in nature, nourishes yin and replenishes the kidneys, nourishes blood to relieve dryness, warms the yang. Suitable for those with insufficient qi and blood, malnutrition, asthenic body types and pregnant women. Not suitable for those recovering from cold/flu, or those prone to diarrhea and stool that doesn’t form shape.
