Relax for 1 minute – Counting sheeps
At a young age, many of us have heard that counting sheep is a solution for insomnia- one sheep, two sheep, three sheep …… and as we continue to count, we should be able to fall asleep naturally – but it might not work for everyone. Now, let us test our eyes by counting all the sheep in the picture below!
