本身易有過敏、剛做手術或有傷口的朋友,經常聽到親戚朋友醫師旁人等經常提點要避免吃發物!其實是有原因的。我們來探討一下發物到底指什麼?

發物的意思:
動風生痰、發毒助火助邪之品,能引起舊患復發,將新病加重的食物。因為發物有助邪的意思,所以其實任何屬性偏性高的食物,會令體內屬性有大改變的食物都屬於發物。對於有暗瘡、濕疹、皮膚病或容易過敏人士,戒口是十分重要的。

常見發物的分類:
肉及蛋:雞、鵝、牛、羊肉、雞蛋、鴨蛋等
刺激性調味料:蒜、薑、蔥、花椒、辣椒、酒、酒酿 、腐乳等
海鮮:蜆、蝦、蟹、蚌等
蔬菜:筍、芫荽、豆芽、茄子、冬菇、蘑菇、南瓜、洋蔥等
水果:芒果、櫻桃、荔枝、楊梅、榴槤等
