大寒養生重點:「溫中散寒,適量溫補」
韭菜花:健胃暖中、溫腎助陽
辣椒:溫中散寒、行氣發汗
蒼蠅頭(韭菜花炒肉碎)
材料:韭菜花200克、免治豬肉200克、辣椒1小隻、豆豉1湯匙、蒜蓉1茶匙、薑蓉1茶匙、生抽適量、糖適量
做法:
1. 材料洗淨,韭菜花切粒;辣椒切碎。
2. 燒熱油鍋,加入蒜蓉、薑蓉、辣椒及豆豉爆炒出香味,加入免治豬肉炒至半熟。
3. 加入韭菜花拌炒,加入適量生抽及糖調味炒勻即成。

Ingredients: 200g chives flower, 200g minecd pork, 1 chili pepper, 1 tablespoon of fermented black soybean, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of minced ginger, soy sauce and sugar
Preparation:
1. Rinse all the ingredients, cut the chinese chives and chili pepper into pieces.
2. Hit the pan with oil. Add garlic, ginger, chili pepper, fermented black soybean and cook until golden. Add mineced pork to sear.
3. Add chives flower and stir well. Season with soy sauce and sugar.
