美胸塑肩操
身體俯臥在墊子上,伸直雙手,肩膀向後打開,胸盡量向前,抬頭,頸部後側放鬆,雙腿緊貼地面,呼氣,保持30秒。

美胸穴位- 乳根穴
位置:在乳頭下方約2個指腹的位置。
方法:以大拇指按壓,每次按壓3-5秒後鬆開,至少重覆5-10次。
主治:美化胸型、舒緩胸脹不適等
