喝酒有益還是有害?那要看你喝甚麼,喝多少和怎麼喝。酒屬性溫熱,具散寒氣、通血脈功效,淋雨或感受寒濕之邪後飲用就有助驅寒,適量飲用葡萄酒亦有益心臟健康。喜慶之時對喝淺嚐人皆盡歡,失戀醉酒就最傷身,所以記住「小酌怡情,大醉傷身」,而且喝酒後切勿駕車啊!

Is drinking good or bad for you? It depends on what you are drinking, how much and how you are drinking it. Alcohol is warm in nature, and can dispel cold qi, open up blood vessels. Those exposed to cold or have been rained on can have a drink to dispel cold. Appropriate amounts of red wine is also healthy for the heart. Drinking in celebration can be a joyous thing but drinking after a break up can be harmful for the body. So remember have one drink to relax, but getting drunk can hurt your body. Definitely do not drink and drive!
