Tea for New Parents
Most new parents have a tough time adjusting to parenthood as their new baby cause them to be very sleep-deprived and their bodies feel really tired as a result. Naturally, they have shorter tempers and worsened moods. Even when there is a chance to sleep, they can’t sleep well since they are either worrying about the newborn waking up or their moodiness is causing poor sleep. The reality is when someone is in a bad mood, it will cause the affect the liver functions. That leads to insomnia, temperaments, and tight chest. It’s important for all new parents to first shift and adjusts their moods to get in the best shape to take care of their newborns!
▶︎Tea remedy to relieve stress and calm your mind:
▶︎Ingredients: Fleeceflower Stem, Acacia flower, biota seed, 9g each
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Add all ingredients into pot with 600ml of water, cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Once cooked, all ingredients can be poured into thermos and rebrewed until flavour weakens. For best results, drink when you feel stressed.
