首烏藤合歡花茶
▶︎材料:首烏藤、合歡花、柏子仁各9克
▶︎做法:材料洗淨,用600毫升水,武火煮滾後轉文火煮20分鐘。此茶療煮一次後可倒入保溫瓶反覆沖泡至味淡。建議感到有壓力時飲用。
▶︎功效:解鬱安神。舒緩因肝氣鬱結而引起的情緒問題、睡不安寧、大便不暢等症狀。
▶︎注意:感冒未清者不宜飲用。

▶︎Ingredients: Fleeceflower Stem, Acacia flower, biota seed, 9g each
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Add all ingredients into pot with 600ml of water, cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Once cooked, all ingredients can be poured into thermos and rebrewed until flavour weakens. For best results, drink when you feel stressed.
