四大消暑水果
正所謂「不時不食」,當造水果產量多,品質營養皆在最好的狀態,順應大自然規律,多吃當造水果對身體甚有裨益。夏天當造水果琳琅滿目,該選擇哪一款來吃呢?以下推薦四款夏日必吃水果,來過一個清甜消暑的夏天吧!

・西瓜・
西瓜無論原個吃、切件吃或者榨汁飲,都是消暑佳品,因為西瓜含有大量水份,可迅速為身體補充水份,也能利小便排出體內多餘熱量。西瓜性寒,生津止渴,解暑利尿,清熱除煩,是夏日消暑好瓜!惟注意脾胃虛寒,易有腹瀉,糖尿病患者及月經期間勿吃。

・蜜瓜 / 哈密瓜・
果肉青綠色的蜜瓜和橙色的哈密瓜,同屬性寒,具清暑熱、解煩渴、利小便的功效,且果肉水份充沛,可消暑清熱。如感到身心疲倦、心神焦燥不安,食用蜜瓜和哈密瓜都有清熱解燥之效。惟注意脾胃虛寒勿吃。

・士多啤梨・
外觀呈心形的士多啤梨,果肉多汁,味道香甜,甚得女生歡心。士多啤梨性寒,具消暑解熱、生津止渴、利咽潤肺和健脾胃的功效。士多啤梨同時含有大量果膠和纖維,亦有暢便的功效。但注意脾胃虛寒者勿吃。

・木瓜・
木瓜性平,是大部分體質也適合食用的水果,有健脾胃、助消化的功效。是一種可以消暑解渴,但連脾胃虛弱、容易胃脹的人也可食用的夏日水果,可舒緩食慾下降、消化不良、胃部不適,以及產後媽媽乳水不足等症狀,惟孕婦不宜食用。

夏日水果食用小貼士:
– 每次食用水果份量不宜過多,最多約一碗份量
– 水果新鮮即切即食最好
– 擔心水果表皮有農藥,可用清水浸泡20分鐘再沖洗,或者去皮
– 吃水果時間最好與正餐相隔1小時,以免影響消化

Watermelon is cold in nature, can promote fluid production and relieve thirst, relieve summer heat and promote diuresis, clear heat and remove irritability, definite a great fruit choice in the summer! Honeydew/Cantaloupe
