Cinci分析:濕熱體質的人不會因為冬天到而減輕症狀問題,因為長期飲食不節,多吃肥甘厚味食物,以致體內聚濕,鬱而化熱,所以這種體質的人既怕熱又易出汗,汗液比較黃而多帶有臭味。

Cinci建議:想解決腳臭問題要內外夾攻,宜飲食清淡,多吃祛濕食物如薏米、赤小豆、綠豆、苦瓜等;而針對腳臭可以試試以下五個方法:

1. 著鞋記得要著襪
襪要選有助吸汗的全棉襪,遇上要脫鞋的場合,不妨多帶一對襪更換。

2. 不時換鞋
最好選有透氣功能的鞋,而且避免同一對鞋連續穿數天;回家除鞋後,鞋內放入備長炭或除臭吸濕包。

3. 使用足部止汗劑
著鞋著襪前先噴上足部止汗劑,有助防止出汗滋生細菌而變臭。

4. 除臭足浴
準備一盆約攝氏40度的溫水,加入少許鹽泡腳20-30分鐘,鹽有消炎袪濕作用,有助除腳臭。

5. 回家後洗腳
習慣回家後以肥皂徹底洗腳,有助除腳汗除腳臭。

Cinci’s suggestions: If you want to solve the problem of foot odor, you must solve it from body to outer environment. You should eat a light diet, eat more foods that can dispel dampness such as coix seed, rice beans, mung beans, bitter gourd. Try the following five methods to improve foot odor:

1. Remember to wear socks when you wear shoes
Wear 100% cotton socks that can absorb sweat. If you need to take off your shoes in some places, you may bring an extra pair of socks.

2. Change shoes from time to time
It is best to choose shoes with breathable function, and avoid wearing the same pair of shoes for days. Put a charcoal or deodorising absorbent pack in the shoes at home.

3. Use feet antiperspirants
Spray your feet with antiperspirants before wearing socks to help prevent sweating and cause bacteria and odor.

4. Deodorising foot bath
Prepare a pot of warm water at about 40°C, and add a little salt to soak your feet for 20-30 minutes. The salt has anti-inflammatory and moisturising effects, which helps to solve foot odor.

5. Wash your feet at home
It is good to wash your feet thoroughly with soap at home, which will help solve foot sweating and foot odor.
