天樞穴
位置:腹中部,肚臍旁邊2寸(約3指寬度),腹直肌中。
功效:疏調大腸,扶土化濕,理氣消滯。
按摩方法:睡前或晨起先躺著,以左右拇指指腹打圈按壓穴位,1-2分鐘。按壓此穴位有助健脾化濕,舒緩腹脹、腸鳴、嘔吐、水腫及便秘等症狀。
Monthly Acupoint- Tianshu Point (Celestial Pivot)
Location: Center of the abdomen, two inches (3 finger-breadths) from the belly button.
Effects: Regulates the intestines, support to spleen to remove dampness, and regulates qi to aid digestion.
Usage: Lying down before bed time and when you have just woken up, use both thumbs to massage acupoint in circles for 1-2 minutes. Massing this acupoint helps to strengthen the spleen to remove dampness, relieves symptoms of stomach bloating and gurgling, vomiting, edema and constipation.
