Condition your body to whiten skin and prevent freckles
I am getting freckles on my face lately. I work in an office and apply sun protection every day, why would this happen?

Arrowroot dessert soup with mung beans and Chinese yam
Ingredients: 1 fresh Chinese yam, 30g arrowroot, 15g lily bulbs, 30g mung beans, rock sugar to taste
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel Chinese yam and arrowroot and cut into pieces.
2. Put all ingredients into a pot and add enough water to submerge ingredients. Turn on high heat and cook until boiling. Then turn to low heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Add rock sugar to taste and cook until sugar has melted.
