Friday-星期五湯水

這個週末煮個時令好湯,能健脾養心,舒緩浮腫、食慾差等症狀,女士能改善壓力型痛經,男士則能為身體減壓,理氣安神。
五指毛桃舞茸菇蓮子百合湯
材料:五指毛桃80克、舞茸菇乾品2朵、蓮子80克(約2兩)、百合15克、眉豆20克、陳皮1角、無花果3枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨。
2. 鍋中加入約2000毫升水,全部材料加入鍋中,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
功效:疏肝健脾。舒緩經常嘆氣、睡眠不安寧及氣滯型痛經等症狀。

Hairy Fig Root and Maitake Mushroom Soup with Lotus Seed and Lily Bulb
Ingredients: 80g hairy fig root, 2 dried maitake mushrooms, 80g lotus seeds (about 2 taels), 15g lily bulbs, 20g purple haricot, 1 dried citrus peel, 3 figs
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Combine ingredients with 2000 ml of water in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for an additional 2 hours. Add salt to taste.
Effects: Disperses liver stagnation and strengthens the spleen. Alleviates frequent sighing, poor sleep and qi-stagnation type of menstrual pain.
