【麒麟臂】手臂粗有褒義亦有貶義

新年新開始,想新一年身形更好,是時候的起心肝做運動,改變就從最討厭的「拜拜肉」開始吧!「拜拜肉」(aka手臂背部的三頭肌)長居「我最想減掉的肉肉」榜首,當一舉手說拜拜它就跟著晃動,真的讓人尷尬不已。平日我們較少運動手臂內側,肌肉容易鬆弛和囤積脂肪,來跟我們每天做簡單運動,跟拜拜肉說再見。

Wave goodbye to flabby arms!
A new year marks a new beginning. It’s time to work out and shape up, let’s start with tightening those flabby arms! Flabby arms are loose muscles at the back of our arms, and it has been topping the ‘Most Wanted Part to Lose Fat’ list for years, especially when it’s not a pleasant scene when there is a wobbly movement that follows whenever you wave your arms. We don’t always work out our inner arms, so they are not toned and could easily have fat built up. Join us with some simple exercise, and wave goodbye to the flabby arms.
