沒胃口時特別想飲一些清淡但美味的湯水,這個節瓜穀芽麥芽湯是一個很好的選擇。材料簡單,只需要新鮮蔬菜,加上有消食健胃作用的穀芽和麥芽,對沒有食慾及消滯都有幫助。在胃口欠佳的時候,就不要再吃油膩了,來一個清新的素湯就已足夠!

材料:節瓜2至3個、紅蘿蔔1根、穀芽20克、麥芽20克、芽菜300克(約半斤)、薑2片

做法:將材料洗淨。節瓜、紅蘿蔔去皮切塊。鍋內加入2000毫升水,加入所有材料,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮1小時,加入適量鹽調味即可。

功效:健脾養胃、消滯。舒緩飽滯感、食慾降低等狀況。

When you feel like you don’t have any appetite but want a bowl of light soup, this hairy gourd soup with rice sprouts and malt makes a great choice. The ingredients are simple, you just need some fresh vegetables and rice sprouts and malt which are great to help with indigestion and strengthening the stomach. It is helpful to alleviate lack of appetite and stagnation. When you don’t have an appetite, avoid greasy things and try this refreshing vegetarian soup!
Ingredients: 2-3 hairy gourds, 1 carrot, 20g rice sprouts, 20g malt, 300g sprouts (about half catty), 2 slices of ginger
Preparation method: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel hairy gourd and carrot and cut into pieces. Combine ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for an additional hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: Strengthens the spleen and nourishes the stomach, relieves stagnation. Alleviates decrease in appetite and feeling of fullness and stagnation.
