【保健湯水】大節前後可以煲湯消消滯

大魚大肉後消滯湯水
與家人朋友的聖誕大餐約會,由12月中開始一直延續到下年年頭慶祝新年來臨,餐餐都大魚大肉開懷大嚼,腸胃因為突然加班工作,有可能會投訴,甚至罷工!胃脹不適甚至滿腹噯氣,飽飽滯滯的感覺很不好受,是時候來一碗美味又消滯的穀芽麥芽湯,有消食化積、健脾開胃、下氣和中的功效,適合各種體質以及一歲以上已可飲用。

消滯解膩湯水小貼士:
適當地添加消滯解膩食材如山楂、陳皮、布渣葉等。

消滯解膩湯 — 青木瓜蘋果穀芽麥芽素湯
功效:行氣消滯,紓緩因飲食不節引起的消化不良、胃脹不適
材料:青木瓜1個、蘋果2個、麥芽40克、穀芽40克、陳皮1角、無花果3-4枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,青木瓜去皮去籽切塊;蘋果去皮去芯切塊。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
備註:麥芽有回乳作用,哺乳中婦女不宜飲用。

The Christmas celebrations start from about mid-December until the new year and every meal is heavy so your digestive system has to work overtime suddenly. It may complain and even go on a strike! It is miserable to feel abdominal discomfort, and the feeling of being stuffed. This is the time to have a soup to improve digestion, strengthen the spleen and stimulate appetite. This is suitable for all body types and everyone aged 1 and above.
Tips:
Appropriately add in ingredients to aid digestion such as Chinese hawthorn, dried citrus peel, and microcos.
Vegetarian green papaya soup with apple, rice sprouts and malt
Effects: Promote qi circulation, alleviate poor diet induced symptoms such as indigestion and abdominal bloating or discomfort.
Ingredients: 1 green papaya, 2 apples, 40g malt, 40g rice sprouts, 1 dried citrus peel, 3-4 figs
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and seed green papaya and cut into pieces. Peel and core apples and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Note: This tea contains malt which aids with weaning, and it’s not suitable for breastfeeding women.
