新年炸物放題後遺症
農曆新年期間美食當前,相信不少人都難以忍口,將芋蝦、炸煎堆、笑口棗、油角等賀年食品,大口大口往嘴裏送,但煎炸油膩食品多吃會令身體上火,出現口氣、口乾、暗瘡、口瘡等症狀。美食何其多,不吃油炸食品,亦可以無添加鹽分或糖分的堅果類取代,例如夏威夷果仁、開心果、腰果等。它們不但同樣美味,而且具補益脾腎、潤腸通便功效是賀年小食較健康的選擇!另外可以自備一壺消滯茶,吃得多也不怕消化不良。睡前按壓中脘穴,有助舒緩進食過量後出現的不適。

材料:布渣葉10克、桂花2克
做法:熱水泡5-10分鐘即可

中脘穴
位置:在腹部,肚臍直上約6隻手指位。
功效:舒緩胃脹、無胃口、消化不良等症狀。
