如何保持身體乾爽!
家居潮濕可以開抽濕機,衣櫃潮濕就可以多放幾個「吸濕大陣象」,但是身體有濕又可以如果抽濕?如何保持體內乾爽?濕很奇怪,分外濕及內濕,外濕是外在環境潮濕,香港屬南方氣候,每到春天都份外潮濕。內濕就是指你體內聚濕,嗜吃生冷及甜食也會加重脾胃負擔,令身體生濕。所以要趕走濕氣,就要內外夾功!

擊退外濕:
﹣抽濕機調至60﹪最舒適
﹣衣物盡可能趁有太陽時曬乾,如室內晾衣物要開抽濕機
﹣自製天然酵素洗走惱人霉菌帶來的噏味
﹣家中放置裝了梳打粉的瓶(瓶口蓋上薄布)或是備長炭,有助吸濕

驅走內濕:
﹣少吃甜、生冷及寒涼飲品食物,脾胃輕鬆身體自然不聚濕
﹣淋雨或洗髮後來要盡快吹乾頭髮及換上乾爽的衣物
﹣飲食要定時,忌暴飲暴食
﹣家中多穿拖鞋
﹣多喝有茯苓、淮山、扁豆及薏仁的素湯

How to keep your body dry!
If its humid at home, you can turn on the dehumidifier; dampness in the closet can be solved with moisture absorbers; what can you do when there’s dampness in the body? Dampness can be quite odd as there’s external and internal dampness. External means your environment. Hong Kong has southern climate so it’s especially humid during spring time. Internal means there’s dampness amass in your body, eating cold/raw foods or sweets can add to the burden of the spleen and stomach to create the dampness in the body. To keep your body dry, you have to attack it from both internally and externally!
External:
– turn your humidifier to 60%
– dry your clothes while the sun is out, be sure to turn on the dehumidifier if you have to hang dry inside your home
– use natural enzymes to wash away the annoying smell from mold
– Place a bottle of baking soda in your hold (cover the lid with a cloth) to absorb moisture
Internal:
– Avoid sweets, cold/raw drinks and foods to lessen burden on your spleen and stomach
– If you’ve been rained on or you just washed your hair, dry your hair quickly and change into dry clothes
– Have regular meals and avoid overeating
– Wear slippers at home
– Drink vegetarian soups that has poria, Chinese yam, hyacinth bean and coix seeds
