睡不安寧要養心神
小市民:「最近社會很多紛爭,避免爭拗我都不敢跟別人討論,但每天睡醒都覺得人很累,感覺整晚發夢。」

CheckCheckCin:現今社會資訊發達,很多事我們不必身處現場,單是透過社交媒體或看新聞報道已經可以接收大量資訊,同樣有機會患上創傷後壓力症,如果你發現自己除了睡不安寧、多發夢,是否容易情緒低落、憤怒、驚恐,甚至影響到專注力下降及記憶力變差等情況?要是這樣,代表你的情緒受事件影響,已經對身體健康構成壓力。中醫理論認為思慮過多會損傷心脾,運化失常而導致心失所養,睡覺時就有多夢情況。
每個人的情緒都要找個出口,找個信任的人傾訴自己的感受;適當時間抽離一下,放下手機去做運動、看書、聽音樂,重拾個人興趣,尤其睡前數小時避免滑手機;盡量維持規律生活,定時食飯、工作、運動、睡覺;平日適量食用養心安神食材例如紅豆、桂圓、百合、蓮子等;飲用有寧心安神的夢多多茶療,有助入眠。如果情況持續未能改善,建議尋求專業協助。

功效:寧心安神,紓緩睡不安寧、夢多、健忘等症狀。
材料:遠志6克、去芯麥冬10克、茯神6克、炒酸棗仁3克、葡萄乾10克

Tea remedy for dreamful sleep
Effects: calms the heart and mind, relieves symptoms such as poor sleep quality, dreamful sleep and forgetfulness.
Ingredients: 6g polygala, 10g coreless ophiopogon tuber, 6g poria, 3g fried spine date seeds, 10g raisins
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly and place into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 10 minutes.
Notes: not suitable for those with damp-heat body condition and recovering from a cold/flu. You can re-brew until its flavor weakens. For best results, drink consecutively for 2-3 days. Two weeks for a treatment.
