【時令湯水】夏天除了吃瓜果還可以煮湯!

哈密瓜湯清熱解燥
瓜類多有生津止渴、清熱解暑的作用,哈密瓜就是其中之一,它有清暑熱、解煩渴、利小便的功效,果肉水份充沛,夏天吃非常消暑,尤其感到身心疲倦、心神焦燥不安,食用哈密瓜有清熱解燥之效。除了直接切開食用,哈密瓜亦可以用來煲湯,尤其如果遇上甜度不夠高的哈密瓜時,配搭健脾化濕的食材,適合潮濕悶熱的夏天時品嚐,紓緩神疲乏力、睡眠不安寧的情況。

健脾化濕湯水小貼士:
適當地添加健脾化濕功效的食材如茯苓、赤小豆、茨實、陳皮等。

哈密瓜海帶螺頭湯
功效:益氣健脾化濕,紓緩神疲乏力、嗜睡、食慾差、睡眠不安寧等症狀。
材料:哈密瓜半個、海帶80克、淮山20克、蓮子20克、芡實20克、花生30克、冰鮮螺頭3件、豬?300克
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,哈密瓜去皮去核切大塊;海帶泡水15分鐘,水保留備用,淮山去皮切塊、螺頭及豬?汆水備用。
2. 鍋中加入2000毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮2小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Cantaloupe soup to clear heat

The cantaloupe soup, when coupled with ingredients that can strengthen the spleen and dispel dampness, can relieve fatigue and improve sleep quality, especially during the hot and humid summer season.

Tips for soup to strengthen the spleen and dispel dampness:
Appropriately add in ingredients such as poria, rice bean, fox nut, dried citrus peel.

Cantaloupe soup with seaweed and conch
Effects: regulates qi, strengthens the spleen and dispels dampness, relieves symptoms such as fatigue, drowsiness, poor appetite and poor sleep.
Ingredient: Half a cantaloupe, 80g seaweed, 20g Chinese yam, 20g lotus seed, 20g fox nut, 30g peanut, 3 frozen conches, 300g pork shank
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and core cantaloupe and cut into pieces. Soak seaweed in water for 15 minutes, set aside the water for later use. Peel Chinese yam and cut into pieces. Blanch pork shank and couch and set aside.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt to taste.
