來到萬物生長最旺盛的一個節氣,今日是一年中日晝最長、黑夜最短的一天,進入炎夏,人體出汗量增加,消化功能相對弱。但與此同時沙律、涼拌菜、冰鎮、冷飲、冰品大受歡迎,食用後容易患腸胃疾病,需注要飲食衛生,不要為了消暑而大量進食寒涼食物!多吃健脾胃、清心火食物,不忘每天一杯米水,減低脾胃負擔。

・補充足夠水份
・適量進食酸味食物,菠蘿炒飯蠻開胃的
・西瓜、涼拌菜、冷飲等食物要適可而止
・睡前不要看手機,早點睡吧
