【消暑冬瓜湯】夏天腸胃問題多多
清熱消暑冬瓜海帶湯
炎炎夏日在外奔波，難免令人食慾不振，甚至出現腸胃不適症狀如消化不良、胃脹、便秘等。夏天氣候炎熱，難免滿頭大汗中醫認為流汗過多耗損心氣，而且容易引發皮膚不適如濕疹，可適量食用消暑食材，忌食發物。如果今晚留在家吃飯，不妨以清暑祛濕食材煮湯，炎炎夏日下讓身體輕鬆一下！以下這個湯水尤其適合現時悶熱炎夏、無胃口時飲用。
消暑湯水小貼士：
適當地添加消暑袪濕食材如冬瓜、節瓜、老黃瓜、薏米、綠豆、粟米鬚、木瓜、霸王花等。
冬瓜海帶花生眉豆湯
功效：消暑解渴，紓緩腸胃不適症狀如消化不良、無胃口、身體困倦、便秘等。
材料：冬瓜600克、海帶60克、花生20克、眉豆30克、乾瑤柱4-5枚、蜜棗2枚
做法：
1. 所有材料洗淨，冬瓜連皮切塊，海帶泡水約20分鐘，隔起海帶水備用。
2. 鍋中加約2000毫升水，放入所有材料，武火煮至水滾，改文火煮1.5小時，加鹽調味即可。

Winter melon soup with kelp, peanuts and purple haricot

Ingredients: 600g winter melon, 60g kelp, 20g peanuts, 30g purple haricot, 4-5 dried scallops and 2 candied dates.
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients. Winter melon cut into pieces. Soak kelp for 20 minutes and remove from water.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.
