夏季「掃街」指南
說起街頭小吃,香港的年輕人個個都是專家,不但便宜而且滋味多多,很多時為了方便就選擇「掃街」而不吃正餐!左手一串魚蛋,右手一杯珍珠奶茶,再來一碗麻辣小食,任性卻又幸福!不過常言道「少食多滋味,多吃壞肚皮」,這類街頭小食多為辛辣、重口味、甜膩及偏熱性食物,一下子吃太多肥甘厚味的街頭小食容易令胃腸積熱,濕熱內蘊,濕熱體質的人會出現大便不爽(排不清的感覺)或大便稀爛、質黏稠,女性白帶多或偏黃,體味如狐臭及口臭也會加重,皮膚油脂分泌旺盛及暗瘡問題!如何享受「掃街」樂趣又減少對身體帶來傷害?試試以下方法吧!但最重要還是要多吃新鮮有益食物,不要不吃正餐只吃小食呀!

1/忌眼闊肚窄
太高興容易買太多份量小食,為免食滯導致消化不良,不妨與朋友開心Share吧!

2/吃原味不加汁:
盡量少添加醬汁或調味如豉油、辣椒油、甜醬、椒鹽,以免加重脾胃負擔。

3/飲品宜少甜少冰
一下子戒凍飲很難,不妨由少冰開始,常溫去冰更好!可選擇夏季當造瓜果如西瓜、菠蘿、冬瓜及酸味食材如奇異果、山楂、檸檬等的飲品。

4/企定定進食
不要邊走邊吃,以免加重脾胃負擔,不利消化。

5/掃街要節制
街頭小食不可取代正餐,建議一星期只吃一次。

6/夏日要清熱袪濕
夏天要掃街?平時也多進食清熱利濕食物如綠豆、薏米等,有助清熱並排走濕氣。
