As it starts to warm up, it’s quite hot to wear suits and can cause sweating all over the body and yellow sweat stains may appear in your armpit positions. Chinese medicine calls this condition ‘yellow sweat’. When your sweat is yellow, it not only stains your clothes, but you may also experience bitter taste in mouth, thirst without the urge to drink water, stickiness in mouth, and yellow urine without smooth flow. These are actually all classic damp-heat symptoms. If you want to avoid embarrassment when you remove your suit jacket, start with avoiding certain foods- nourishing tonic foods, oily fried foods, curry and other heavy flavored foods. Try eating more foods that clears heat and removes dampness like watermelon, winter melon, old cucumber, rice beans, coix seeds, and mung beans.

▶︎▶︎Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly, cut up kapok into pieces. Add all into thermos and steep with hot water for 5 minutes.
