?春天要提起精神??飲翻碗素湯先!
功效:清熱潤肺、健脾養胃。舒緩春季容易疲倦、口乾時有乾咳等症狀。
⚠️:感冒未清者及虛寒體質人士不宜飲用。
⚇抗睏素湯⚇
材料: 熟木瓜1個、西洋菜600克、花生30克、生薏米40克、淮山15克、陳皮1角、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 把所有材料洗淨備用。西洋菜以鹽水泡洗數次,木瓜去皮去籽切大塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入約 2000 毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮 1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

☞Ingredients: 1 Papaya, 600g Watercress, 30g Peanuts, 40g Coix Seeds, 15g Wild Yam, 1 Dried Citrus Peel, 2 Candied Dates
☞Instructions:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Soak and rinse watercress in salt water a few times. Peel and seed papaya and cut into large pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2000ml of water into a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for another hour. Add salt to taste.
☞Effects: Dispels heat and nourishes the lung; replenishes spleen and nourishes stomach. Relieves symptoms of fatigue and dry cough stemming from dry mouth.
⚠️: Not recommended for those who are recovering from a cold or flu or those with asthenic cold body types.
