【養生湯水】一年四季都應健脾胃
初冬湯水宜平補
雖然已立冬,但香港氣溫仍徘徊在二十五度以上,不宜過早大補,以免「補過頭」以致口乾舌燥、長暗瘡等偏熱症狀出現,湯水要以平補為主,加上香港人體質多兼濕,宜多加健脾胃食材,打好個根基迎接冬天的到臨。
初冬溫補湯水小貼士:
適當地添加溫補食材如淮山、黑豆、松子、芝麻、桂圓等。
蓮藕冬菇木耳素湯
功效:補氣益腎、健脾生津
材料:蓮藕1根、冬菇5隻、白背木耳2塊、栗子80克(約2兩)、腰果40克、 蜜棗3枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,蓮藕去皮切片,冬菇泡水30分鐘,去蒂留冬菇水,白背木耳泡水約40分鐘,切小塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
Early Winter Replenishing Soup
Even though we have entered winter, but the weather in Hong Kong is still hovering around 25 degrees Celsius. You should gently replenish the body with soups and avoid strong tonic ingredients as it may lead to heat related symptoms such as dry mouth and acne. A lot of Hong Kong people are prone to dampness body types, try to add ingredients that strengthen the spleen and stomach. Build a strong foundation for the coming winter.
Tips:
Appropriately add in light replenishing ingredients such as Chinese yam, black soya beans, pine nuts, sesame, and longan meat.
Vegetarian lotus root soup with shiitake mushroom and black fungus
Effects: replenish qi and nourish the kidneys, strengthen the spleen and promote fluid production
Ingredients: 1 lotus root, 5 shiitake mushrooms, 2 black fungus with white backs, 80g chestnuts (about 2 taels), 40g cashews, 3 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly, peel lotus root and cut into slices. Soak mushrooms for 30 minutes, remove the stem and keep the water used for soaking. Soak black fungus for 40 minutes and cut into small pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hour. Add salt to taste.
