龍眼肉酸棗仁茶
❃材料:龍眼乾10枚、酸棗仁3g
❃做法:把酸棗仁搗碎,與龍眼肉一齊放入保溫瓶,以沸水沖洗藥材再加入沸水泡10分鐘即可。此茶能反覆沖泡至味淡,一星期飲用三天為一次療程。

❃功效:安神寧心,舒緩思慮太過而不能入眠等症狀

⚠️:身體有偏熱症狀,感冒未清者不宜飲用。

❃Method: crush the spine date seeds lightly, add into thermos with dried longan. Rinse once with boiling water and then add in hot water to steep for 10 mins.
❃Drink this three times in one week as one treatment.
❃Effects:
Helps to calm the mind, improves difficulty in falling asleep due to over thinking.
