面色唔好飲多兩碗??‍♂️

▶︎功效:健脾益氣。能強身防病,改善面黃,嗜睡等症狀。

▶︎材料:南瓜400克(約半斤餘)、蘋果2個、熟薏米30克、淮山30克、無花果3枚

▶︎做法:
1. 把所有材料洗淨備用。南瓜去皮去籽切大塊,蘋果去芯連皮切塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入約 1500 毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮 45分鐘,最後下鹽調味即可。

⚠️:感冒未清者及容易便秘人士不宜多飲。

☞Instructions:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and seed the pumpkin and cut into large pieces. Cut the apple with skin into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 1500ml of water into pot, cook on high heat until boiling. Then switch to low heat and cook for another 45 minutes. Add salt to taste.

☞Effects: Strengthens the spleen and replenish ‘qi’, helps to improve immunity and yellowish complexion, can also relieve sleepiness symptoms.

⚠️:Not recommended for those recovering from cold/flu or those who are constipated.
