2. 鍋中加入約 1500 毫升水，放入全部材料，武火煮至水滾，改文火煮 45分鐘，最後下鹽調味即可。
⚇Vegetarian soup for good complexion⚇
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and seed the pumpkin and cut into large pieces. Cut the apple with skin into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 1500ml of water into pot, cook on high heat until boiling. Then switch to low heat and cook for another 45 minutes. Add salt to taste.
☞Effects: Strengthens the spleen and replenish ‘qi’, helps to improve immunity and yellowish complexion, can also relieve sleepiness symptoms.
⚠️：Not recommended for those recovering from cold/flu or those who are constipated.
