【星期五湯水-鮮百合雪耳沙參玉竹湯】

鮮百合雪耳沙參玉竹湯
材料:鮮百合2塊、雪耳1塊、玉竹20克 、沙參15克、無花果3枚
做法:把所有材料洗淨。鍋中加入約2500毫升水,除了鮮百合放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮1小時,加入鮮百合,再煮15分鐘,下鹽調味即可。
功效:滋陰潤燥止癢,有助舒緩陰虛型濕疹或因皮膚乾燥引致的痕癢,但要注意有脾胃虛寒,濕熱及痰濕體質不宜多喝。

Fresh lily bulb and snow fungus soup with Glehnia Root and Polygonatum odoratum
Ingredients: 2 fresh lily bulbs, 1 snow fungus, 20g Polygonatum odoratum, 15g Glehnia Root, 3 figs
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Aside from fresh lily bulbs, combine the rest of ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Then turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add in fresh lily bulbs and cook for 15 minutes. Add salt to taste.
Effects: Nourishes yin to relieve dryness and itch. Alleviates yin deficiency related eczema or itchiness caused by dryness. Note that this is not suitable for those with asthenic cold spleen and stomach, or those with damp heat or phlegm and dampness body constitutions.
