想健康食沙律就要啟動創意!

中醫角度,並不是冰冷的食品或凍飲才為之生冷,未經烹煮過的蔬菜和刺身都一樣屬生冷食物,多吃會對健康有影響,所以不少女士為了瘦身而勁食沙律或只是飲用果汁做detox,久而久之會引起脾胃虛寒和或宮寒。其實想食得健康,可以試試「溫沙律」,蔬菜、菌類以短時間烹煮,令其營養不被破壞,加上高溫煮過的低脂肉類如雞肉、魚肉,配合少量堅果和豆類,不單健康低脂亦正好符合春日宜溫食的養生法則。

Eating those too frequently can negatively affect your health. Ladies who drink juice and eat salads to diet can actually cause stomach and spleen cold and deficiencies or cause cold uterus. If you want to eat healthily, try having warm salads. Cook your vegetables and mushrooms for a short time so that their nutritional value do not decrease, then add in lean meats, such as chicken and fish, that have been cooked at high temperatures. Finally, add in some nuts or soy products to make a healthy low-calorie dish. It will also fit the rule of eating warm foods during spring time.
