白帶有味要清濕熱
在兩次經期中間有幾天白帶分泌較多屬正常情況,但如果白帶增多,同時呈乳白色或顏色偏黃、質黏,而且帶有腥臭味,代表女生屬於濕熱體質,體內的水液與邪熱相結合,積聚於體內形成體味重體質,伴隨症狀為怕熱、容易感到胸悶、腹部脹滿、易出暗瘡粉刺、有口氣、大便偏軟會黏著座廁等,常見於經常喝咖啡、奶茶、吃油膩煎炸食物人士身上。想改善症狀,宜清熱祛濕,多吃有清熱祛濕功效的食材例如冬瓜、苦瓜、綠豆、荷葉、海帶等,少吃辛辣煎炸、重口味、甜膩、滋補及偏熱性食物。

清熱祛濕湯水小貼士:
適當地添加清熱祛濕的食材如赤小豆、粟米鬚、霸王花、生薏米等。

老黃瓜牛蒡芡實素湯
功效:清熱利濕,紓緩白帶有味、口氣、腳氣、小便偏黃等濕熱症狀。
材料:老黃瓜1根、牛蒡1條、紅蘿蔔1根、芡實20克、杏仁20克、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,老黃瓜連皮切皮切大塊,紅蘿蔔、牛蒡去皮切厚片狀。
2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮1.5 小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Dispel heat and dampness to relieve smelly vaginal discharge
Leucorrhoea, or vaginal discharge, is a normal condition that occurs between two menstrual cycles. If the discharge is sticky, comes in a large quantity, with whitish or yellowish coloration, and has a bad odor, the individual may have developed the damp-heat body condition.

When the fluid in the body meets heat pathogens, the two will accumulate and cause the body to emit odor. Other accompanying symptoms are aversion to heat, chest tightness, bloating on the abdomen, acnes and whiteheads, bad breath and loose sticky stools. This is especially common among individuals who enjoy coffee, milk tea and deep-fried food.

In order to improve the condition, it is good to clear heat and eliminate dampness from the body by consuming ingredients such as winter melon, bitter gourd, mung bean, lotus leaf and seaweed; avoid eating food that are hot, spicy, deep-fried, heavily seasoned, overly sweet and nourishing, as well as those that are heaty in nature.

Tips for soup to clear heat and dispel dampness:
Appropriately add in ingredients such as rice bean, corn silk, night-blooming cereus, coix seed etc.

Old cucumber soup with burdock and fox nut
Effects: Clears heat and dispels dampness. Relieves damp heat related symptoms such as vaginal discharge with odor, bad breath, feet odor and yellow urine etc.

Ingredients: 1 old cucumber, 1 burdock, 1 carrot, 20g fox nut, 20g sweet almond, 2 candied dates

Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Cut old cucumber into pieces. Peel carrot and burdock and slice.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hour. Add salt to taste.
