【夏日飲食篇】你最喜歡吃哪款燒味?

夏日燒味好選擇
很多時打工仔為求方便,又或是因午飯時間緊張,不知道吃甚麼時都會選擇外賣燒味飯來填飽肚子。燒味價錢便宜又隨處可見,起源於廣東,港式燒味絕對是聞名中外,不單是茶樓、茶餐廳又或是高級酒店都選擇以燒味作招牌菜。燒味主要為烤肉如燒肉、叉燒、燒鴨,另外也有切雞及油雞等,通常配合米飯、米粉、瀨粉、河粉、麵食等主食。 只要多加注意,吃燒味也能健康一點。也由於部分燒味經炭烤處理,會為肉類增加熱性,不宜每天進食。

夏日燒味飯 Top 3
第一名:燒鴨飯
鴨肉性涼,有滋陰清熱的功效,屬清補之食材,適合有內熱及虛火的人士食用,具消暑作用,是適合夏日食用的肉類。另外,由於鴨肉同時有利水消腫的作用,對於南方濕熱的夏季氣候,份外適合。想吃得更健康?帶有「肥膏」的鴨皮還是少吃為妙了,吃鴨胸肉相對較瘦,也較少皮下脂肪。

第二名:叉燒飯
叉燒多選用梅頭(豬肩肉),豬肉屬性平和,具補腎養血、滋陰潤燥功效,適合大部份體質人士食用。帶有「燶邊」(炭烤邊緣)的叉燒,實在令人垂涎三尺,但要吃得健康就要忍忍口不吃烤焦位置了,下單時最好説明要「瘦叉」,少下醬汁甚至「走汁」哦!

第三名:切雞飯
雞肉性溫,可以補益氣血、暖胃及滋養五臟,但注意感冒期間,濕熱、痰濕體質人士不宜食用。體質虛弱、久病後宜適量食用。切雞為燒味中味道相對清淡,但切雞的雞皮和脂肪屬肥甘厚味之物,進食時最好還是去掉,以免加重脾胃負擔,而伴食的薑蔥油分甚多,建議不要用來拌飯食用。

✔視乎當日胃口選擇「少飯」,避免消化不良及飽滯。
✔伴以灼菜,營養更均衡。
✔少醬汁甚至「走汁」,控制鹽分攝取,以免加重腎臟負擔甚至引致水腫症狀。

✔少飲凍飲,選擇消暑例湯如冬瓜湯取代,可清熱消暑。

First place: Roast duck rice
Duck is cool in nature, can nourish yin and clear heat. It is suitable for those with hot flashes and asthenic fire. It can clear summer heat and is suitable for summer.
