四季豆去水腫好幫手
根據中醫理論:「青色入肝」,春天宜多吃綠色食物,有助肝臟疏泄與藏血,除了多吃綠葉蔬菜,也別忘還有當造的四季豆,奇怪了,四季豆不是四季都有嗎?其實四季豆一年兩造,初夏及秋冬都有收成。從中醫角度來看,四季豆性平,具有利尿、消腫的功效,特別適合天氣炎熱潮濕時食用,有助消暑利尿。記著烹煮時間宜長不宜短,因為未煮熟的四季豆含有輕微毒素皂素,會引致嘔吐、腹痛、四肢無力等症狀。

四季豆 — 又名菜豆,性平,有解熱、利尿、消腫、調和臟腑的作用,惟注意氣滯腹脹者不宜服用,因為四季豆所含纖維容易引致腸胃脹氣,而且必須浸泡洗淨及煮熟食用以去除輕微毒素。
