聖誕將至,又是時候準備今年的聖誕大餐吃甚麼,除了火雞外,相信最常見的主菜都離不開是牛扒或是羊架。在這種冷冰冰的天氣,不少人都會選擇食羊肉,貪其夠溫補,其實為甚麼這些羊會有驅寒的作用?一切源於食物本身的屬性,羊肉性熱,尤其適合在冬季作溫補,當然要吃得適量才為之「補」,否則會弄巧反拙,最重要還是要配合體質。牛、羊皆為發物,有濕疹、暗瘡、皮膚痕癢等要少吃。

羊肉﹣性熱,能溫補氣血、禦寒。能舒緩體質虛弱、陽虛怕冷、手腳冰冷、脾胃虛寒等症狀,適合秋冬季食用。要注意感冒發燒、體內有偏熱症狀不宜進食。
