人多擠逼小心中暑
正值天氣炎熱,在人多的地方出入,難免容易感到不適,不妨謹記以下要點,做好準備,保護自己也可保護家人!
1/常備消暑茶療
烈日當空,人總想來一杯凍飲以解暑氣,但其實當人處於炎熱狀態,再快速喝一杯冰凍飲品,其實會為身體帶來負擔。想消暑解悶熱,不如在外出前預先準備微涼的清熱茶療,倒入保溫瓶中,既環保又可長期保持涼快,隨時為你消除暑熱,減低中暑的機會。
材料:西瓜翠衣(一個小西瓜或半個大西瓜的皮,切去瓜肉及綠色外皮留下白色部分)、冬瓜連皮約60克、生薏米30克、冰糖適量
做法:
所有材料洗淨。西瓜翠衣及冬瓜切塊備用,鍋內加入2000毫升水,加入所有材料,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮30分鐘, 調入適量冰糖,放涼後倒入保溫瓶裡。
2/ 呼吸道不適按太淵穴
人多擠逼空氣不流通,又或是因空氣混濁而出現咳嗽、氣喘、呼吸困難或鼻敏感的症狀,可即時按壓天突穴紓緩呼吸道不適。太淵穴為肺的原穴,有改善呼吸系統的功能,可紓緩咳嗽、呼吸困難及鼻敏感症狀。

3/ 自備濕冰巾消暑
炎熱天氣下,不少人都會用退熱貼為身體散熱,其實一條濕毛巾也有消暑的作用。近年冰巾大行其道,價錢又便宜,不妨在家中先把冰巾浸濕,再放入密實袋中,覺得炎熱時就可用冰巾輕抹頸後及額頭,也可抹去黏笠的汗水更見乾爽。當冰巾開始乾時,可以將冰巾放入密實袋中再注少量清水,又可重複使用。
4/ 夏日要穿得對
要清涼不一定要穿得少,選擇薄身的綿質或麻質衣物更見通爽,而長袖衫及鬆身長褲更可保護皮膚不受猛烈太陽曬傷。另外,也不妨帶定太陽眼鏡及可遮擋UV的雨傘更穩妥。

Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Cut watermelon skin and winter melon into pieces. Combine all ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add rock sugar to taste. Let tea cool down and pour into thermos.
2/ Press Taiyuan point when you feel respiratory discomfort

3/ Prepare your own cooling towel

4/ Wear proper summer clothes
